THE CAREER
Tony began his career path by obtaining a Masters degree in Intelligence Operations and a Bachelors in criminal justice. After college, Tony enlisted into the United States Navy, serving for four years. Following his enlistment, he started his career with the San Diego Police Department.
Within just 6 years at the department, Elliott continued to grow as an officer and a well-respected leader through being selected as a Field Training Officer for new recruits, a member of the SWAT team, and currently, as a Sergeant, both in his patrol division and for the SWAT team. His perseverance, dedication to service and light-hearted nature is what makes him a beloved teammate, mentor and friend as shown by the immense outpouring of support from his department family during this time.

ABOUT TONY
Although, his career achievements are recognizable, he is first and foremost a loving husband and father. There is nothing more important to him in this world than his family. He has been with his wife Laura since high school, they have 3 children. His road to recovery is all about being able to be the father he once could and sharing his experience and unique mindset to motivate and inspire others.
